Free planning tools, templates and guides — catalogued, revised and kept current.
Tooranceat publishes practical digital resources for people organising their work, their study and their
households. Everything here is free, nothing is locked behind an account, and every record carries a revision number so you
can tell whether the copy you saved is still the current one.
Transition allowances are now applied automatically between consecutive blocks, after logs showed most overruns happened in the gaps rather than the blocks.

“We print the week-at-a-glance sheet at A2 for the study room wall each Monday. Students fill it in together, and the librarians stopped being asked what is due when.”
A public library in Sudbury · Northern Ontario
“The decision record was the one that changed things. We stopped relitigating the same three arguments every spring because the reasoning was already written down, with the date on it.”
A five-person landscaping firm · Halifax, Nova Scotia
“I used the energy-band version of the weekly schedule. Seeing that I had eleven usable hours and not thirty was discouraging for a day and then genuinely useful.”
A parent of two, planning a return to study · Winnipeg, Manitoba

Yes. Every tool, template, guide and download in the catalogue is free to use, print and share. There is no account, no trial period and no paid tier holding back a better version. We do not sell the resources, and we do not sell access to the people who use them.
No. Nothing in the catalogue is placed behind a sign-up form. You can browse, preview and download without giving us any personal information. The only time we ask for contact details is when you choose to write to us, and then only so we can reply.
Yes. You can use our resources in a workplace, a classroom, a community group or a client engagement, and you can print as many copies as you need. What you cannot do is repackage the files and sell them, or present them as your own work. The full position is set out in our terms of use.
Please do. Templates that ship in DOCX or XLSX form are meant to be edited. If a section does not fit how you work, remove it. If you make a change that would help other people, tell us — several revisions in the catalogue started as a message from someone who had reworked a sheet for their own use.
Most resources are PDF, because a PDF prints predictably on any printer. Templates intended for editing are also published as DOCX or XLSX. The complete collection is available as a single ZIP archive. We do not publish in proprietary formats that require a specific paid application.
